How do you determine your pricing?
This is based on what we find following a site survey and any existing information/records, proposed specifications, meetings etc which follow. This ensures that we have a thorough understanding of each job and can deliver the best value for money at all times..

Do you provide free estimates?
We never charge for estimates which are prepared after we have a thorough understanding of each customers' requirements. This will usually require a site visit and survey prior to preparing any costings.

Are there any additional charges for after-hours or emergency services?
In common with most companies like ours, we do charge for emergency or after hours services, but these are always agreed in writing prior to attendance

Are your electricians qualified and insured?
Yes - we only employ fully qualified staff, who are covered by our company insurance.

How do you stay up-to-date on the latest electrical codes and regulations.
Like most professional organisations our team keeps up to date via Industry recognised bulletins. We are also subject to the requirement for Continuous Professional Development (CPD), training to ensure that we always have a working knowledge of all the necessary regulations that apply to our business.

How do you ensure the quality of your work?
We ensure that every customer receives regular site visits by senior members of staff, together with handover documentation between engineers/office and client. NICEIC inspections also support the quality of our work.

Do you offer warranties or guarantees for your services?
Yes - every project receives a 12 month workmanship guarantee, along with an ECA workers guarantee. You will see from our accreditation's that we always work to the highest possible standards. Our biggest guarantee is our reputation for delivering excellence at all times.
