Inverter Systems


Inverters are the brains of your solar PV system, converting DC electricity from your panels into usable AC power for your building. At Pensdown, we supply and install high-efficiency commercial inverters that offer exceptional reliability, accurate performance tracking and seamless integration with your wider electrical infrastructure.
We select the appropriate inverter model and capacity based on your system size, number of panel strings, voltage profile and whether battery storage is present. We offer string inverters for smaller commercial systems and central or hybrid inverters for larger or multi-functional arrays.

All inverters are installed with suitable surge protection, isolation equipment and integrated monitoring. We can link inverter data into your existing BMS platform, or provide a dedicated online dashboard that tracks generation, export levels and fault alerts in real-time.

Pensdown handles the full installation, testing and commissioning process, including DNO approvals, G99 testing (where required), and all certification. We also manage inverter placement and ventilation to maintain operating efficiency.

We only specify inverters with proven reliability records, typically offering a 10- to-20-year manufacturer warranty. If inverters require replacement or firmware updates later in life, our team is available for fast and expert support.
