Welcome Our Services Client Feedback

As part of our ISO 9000 quality system, every year we have to appoint an independent auditor to carry out a "Customer Satisfaction" survey of our clients.  We provide them with a list of 20 projects and they randomly select at least 10 clients to contact.  Our overall performance across all categories in our last survey was 96% which gave us a Gold Benchmark Award.
